The request form may process company name, contact person, email, phone, website, fair name, country/city, fair date, stand size, file links and request notes.
During website visits, cookie preference, browser type, device information and page views may be processed for security and basic site operation.
How we use data
We use information to evaluate requests, clarify missing details, respond to the company and keep the request process organized.
Analytics tools load only after cookie consent. Declining analytics does not block access to the website.
Retention
Request records are retained as long as needed for quotation, follow-up, operations and legal obligations. Records that are no longer needed may be deleted or anonymized.
